Living In Oakland, TN

Oakland, TN set in Fayette County, is one of the fastest growing communities in Tennessee, and is a 20 minute drive from the Cordova area. Oakland has developed around Hwy 64, just east of Memphis, and has a great, family oriented community. There are farms all around Oakland being quickly developed into quality neighborhoods, constantly patrolled by police to insure the lowest crime rate in a three county area. Oakland is said to have a small town educational feel, with strong parent involvement. Because of the lower cost of living, EPM can offer large homes with large lots at lower rents. These homes go quickly! Very peaceful, and quiet, Oakland sports low rates of traffic on her city streets. One tenant of ours moved all the way from the state of Alaska to be within Oakland City limits.
